I have had a storage unit for many years with "A Safe Place". The units were always accessible and clean. Andy also has always been right on top of it whenever I needed a smaller or bigger unit. He runs an excellent business and I would not use anyone else. Thank you for all the years of providing me with a fair exchange.

Comments: uhaul.com is AWFUL - will not use it again. Thank goodness for Andy @ EDorset location. If not for him, I wouldn't have been able to make my move with UHaul. Andy got the trailer that Traffic Control wanted me to drive 3 hrs to Albany to retrieve (while offering barely enough to cover gas to do so). Andy stayed late for me to pick up the truck/trailer (a day after it was "guaranteed"), didn't rush through instructions on loading/unloading, and made sure I was comfortable with the equipment. Your [uhaul.com] website is horrible. After reserving equipment, I was left with the impression that my reservation was "guaranteed." I got a call from Traffic Control that the equipment wasn't available 12 hrs before scheduled pickup. Tried calling the 800 # but no answer, so I called the reserved location; they hadn't yet received the reservation from UHaul.com. I won't *ever* use your website again, and will ensure that anyone looking to rent from UHaul deal directly with the local folks. Apparently they're 1) the only ones who know what's going on, and 2) the only ones who understand customer service. Failing that, I'll use another rental agency. Give Andy in East Dorset VT a raise/increase in commission. This rental would have been lost if not for him.

Comments: I was hoping to get equipment in Bennington, but Manchester was the closest location where my equipment was available. I had just sold my car since I was moving to New York City. Andy drove the 30 miles down to pick me up so I could get to the location. Thanks, Andy!

I was able to store my summer car in clean, dry, and safe condition and had access to it 24 hours a day. Andy even dropped me off at my house (6 miles away!) and offered to pick me up in the spring.
